    San Pedro Water District - Laguna, Philippines
    June 7, 2018
    Magandang araw po sa inyong lahat! ;
    Isang taos pusong paumanhin ang nais ipaabot ng pamunuan ng San Pedro Water District (SPWD) at Primewater-San Pedro sa lahat ng aming mga konsesyonaryo na dumanas nang labis na perwisyo ng madumi at kawalan ng tubig. ;
    Para sa inyong kabatiran, nagtamo ng malaking pinsala ang malalaking linya ng tubig ng SPWD na nakalatag sa Barangay Poblacion habang isinasagawa ang drainage project ng ating lokal na pamahalaan sa nasabing barangay. Ang kontraktor ng nasabing proyekto ay nakilala namin bilang BAP Construction. Madalas na tinatamaan ng kanilang back hoe ang aming mga tubo sa panahon na kanilang ginagawa ang drainage. Kaya naman, nakalantad sa dumi ang aming mga tubo na siyang dahilan kung bakit humahalo ang putik at iba pang maduduming elemento sa tubig na lumalabas mula sa inyong mga gripo. ;
    Itinawag pansin namin ang bagay na ito sa nasabing kumpanya at nabigyang pagkakataon na makipag-dayalogo sa kanila sa Office of the City Administrator upang resolbahin ang problemang ito. Sa aming pag-uusap, nakumpirma namin na marami pang tubo ang napinsala ng kanilang back hoe. Hindi nila matukoy ang lahat ng mga tinamaang tubo dahil ang karamihan sa mga ito ay tinatakpan ng ilan sa kanilang mga tiwaling trabahador na kanilang tinanggal sa trabaho matapos naming mahuli sa sa akto na nagnanakaw ng tubig mula sa aming linya para ipanghalo ng kanilang semento. Kaya naman, pormal naming pinahinto ang paggawa ng nasabing kontraktor hanggang sa bayaran nila ang sinisingil daming danyos at isaayos nila ang paggawa ng drainage project nang hindi napipinsala ang aming mga tubo. Para sa inyong kaalaman, narito ang mga hakbang na kasalukuyang isinasagawa ng SPWD at Primewater para tugunan ang problemang ito sa lalong madaling panahon: ;
    a) Puspusang flushing activity sa mga apektadong barangay tulad ng Cuyab at San Antonio para linisin ang mga tubong pinasukan ng dumi;
    b) Pagsasara ng mga balbula ng tubig sa mga apektadong lugar upang hindi maapektuhan ng dumi ang ibang mga lugar ;
    c) Malawakang inspeksyon ng mga tubo para matukoy at makumpuni ang iba pang mga nasirang tubo; at ;
    d) Pansamantalang pagrarasyon ng tubig sa mga lugar na sobrang dumi ang tubig ;
    Kung sakaling kayo ay nakakaranas ng tubig ng tubig sa inyong lugar, pakisuyong mag report agad sa mga linya ng aming telepono sa 808-0131, 804-5148, 807-1987, 805-7477, 805-9453, 808-0103 o sa aming facebook messenger upang ito ay aming agad na maaksyunan. Umaasa kami sa inyong lubusang pang unawa sa mahirap na sitwasyong ito na hindi kagustuhan ninuman lalo na ng aming opisina na walang ibang layunin kundi ang makapagbigay ng sapat at ligtas na tubig sa mga mamamayan ng San Pedro, Laguna.
